What do you bring to the SAILS Washington team?

I am passionate about helping SAILS Washington succeed so that we can empower the individuals we serve to achieve their full potential. I am committed to continuously improving service quality, ensuring our employees feel supported and productive while our clients experience meaningful, positive outcomes. My background stems in Dual Diagnosis—with a passion to be able to provide more support to IDD clients who struggle with Mental Health and Substance use issues.

What are you professionally proud of?

I love being able to support our clients because the need for quality, compassionate services is so great. Watching our team work alongside the individuals we serve—bringing smiles, fostering growth, and creating meaningful opportunities—is incredibly rewarding. I am deeply grateful to have spent the past 12 years in this field and for the opportunity each day to continue learning how we can better support both our individuals and our team.

Who are you when you are not working?

Outside of work you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, whether that’s kayaking, hiking, camping or gardening. I love working on DIY projects at home, being a lifelong learner, challenging myself at the gym, or trying a new hobby. Often on raining days you’ll find me curled up with a book by the fire with my cats.
